In order to register please fill out the relevant registration form and send it back prior the registration deadline. The Conference is open to registered participants only. Since it is a military event participants are required to register in advance and have their printed confirmation letter, passport/identity card at hand when entering the conference venue. Admission will only be given to authorized (registered) participants. Upon submission of the online registration form you will receive a letter of confirmation containing your invoice for the charges as booked.

Cancellations received in writing within one month of the start date of the event (after October 15th 2018) will receive no refund and registrants will be liable for payment of 100% of the invoiced amount. A substitute delegate can be named at any time before the event starts and no fees will be applied to this.
