The medical support of The Bulgarian military missions (basic principles) is discussed. Main tasks of first, second, third level and medical units for Role 1 and Role 2 also are discussed. Article analyzed the terrorist attack on Bulgarian base “India”, Kerbala, Iraq. The important problems in medical support are: better preliminary medical training, total information for living condition of forthcoming missions, language barrier.
