Mission

Provide Quality Tertiary healthcare to the general Population and military Personnel.

The Government of Rwanda, through the Ministries of Health and Defense, is committed to offering quality health care services to the military and the general population through strengthening and refocusing RMH in terms of the infrastructure, human resources capacity building, equipment and management systems.

Development partners are encouraged to work with the Government to ensure that RMH has the required capacities to deliver quality services as a referral and teaching hospital. It is the hope that RMH will live to its vision of “Being the best in what we do” as we all focus on implementing this strategic plan.
