The Editor-in-Chief, Maj Gen (ret) Dr. Lupi and the Chairman of the International Editorial Advisory Group, Vice Admiral (ret) Dr. Ocker of the Medical Corps International Forum were among the first participants of the congress, to congratulate the Nigerian Delegation at the end of the Gala Dinner on their just having been selected by the General Assembly of ICMM/CIMM to host the 39th World Congress on Military Medicine in 2011 in Abuja, Nigeria.
